Last day of week 2- I think??

Well, day 14 of a smoke free life is here! Had a strange evening yesterday, thought about smoking more than I have since about day 2!! Not sure if it's because I went to college (haven't been since I quit), and I always smoke on the walk there, smoke before the lecture starts, smoke in the break etc etc. Bloody rituals again!!

But, today I woke up feeling good and tonight is a big works outing (scary!) so I'm trying to be really positive and strong today so tonight is fun and not tense.

I think I go into the week 3 room tomorrow, ooh! Exciting!

I think you're right about last night and the thinking about them more was because you went to college for the first time since you stopped as you say bloody rituals again but another lot of triggers out of the way for you YAY
