Went 4 days then 2 days then 1 day and now i think i am ready to quit for good

i started my quit last friday, when 4 days and caved in(smoked 2 Cigs) then went 1 more full days caved in (had a 10 pack). and being doing 1 day normal smoking 1 day non smoking until yesterday!

Now i think i am ready to go for it for good, relised that i felt the same whether i smoked or not! i just stunk of smoke and was spending money for no reason on the days i smoked!

So day one for good starts today! i really think i can do it!

  • Good Luck. I would read as much info as you can. I dont think I could have done it without the Allen Carr book. So I take my hat off to anyone who just quits on their own. Well done!
