OMG I am hungry all of the time. I seem to be craving food more than cigs at the moment. It is nearly 2 weeks since I gave up and the last couple of days have been a nightmare for eating. I expected to eat a bit more once I quit but the way I am going I am going to put on so much weight. I am only small so I cant afford to put too much on.
Anyone got any tips to stop the craving for food as well as cigs lol!

I hear yah. in the last two hours -after dinner time here - I have had: two bowls of ice cream, two donuts, one liter of apple juice, three sticks of gum, and just a few minutes ago went into the kitchen again scrounging.
And I'm going back in there now to see about that extra donut.
^ This is true - but, on thinking about it I have decided to boil the kettle and have an Earl Grey instead.
I am getting fatter. But the way I figure it is since I can kick this smoker disease/addiction I can run 500 miles next year no prob.
Hi, Try not to worry too much at this stage. Sort out the cigarettes and deal with the weight later. But, if you have the munchies, try to munch on something without toooooo many calories. Living in Spain, you'll have the choice of wonderful niblets. At the moment, I'm into black seedless grapes, celery and nuts. Not at the same time though.

thats criminal!!!!
Your appetite will increase , i still notice my appetite since i quit.....tip : plan for the munchies when you go shopping and get healthy options - tangerines are still my fav , olives, various nuts ...anything that isnt always a bar of chocolate will go a long way in looking after the waistline!
I think that on the whole crisps are better than the boxes on sainsburys chocolate mini rolls I keep consuming. 2 boxes for £3.50 at your local JS. Oh god, keep me away from them pleeeez.
