only can say, what you said yourself in your sig, never doubt your decision!
Focus on the good things about the quit, and what you've gained so far.
Tomorrow will be better!

Hi Dee
Hope things are better this morning. You know you've had bad and good days before and the bad ones pass. This feeling will go and you'll feel so much better coming out the other side still not smoking. Don't give in now. You'vew beenso good at fighting the cravings. Try to do something positive or different.
Ot just read and read about other people's experiences. You're not alone and you are not going to let this beat you.
Let us know how you're feeling today

Hi Sue
Thanks for advice, but still feeling really low and tearful, think its the thought of the coming week. We are of to big family wedding in Ely Cathedral, and most of the family smoke so that will be hard, and then im in hospital again next week. No I will not give in, I cant not now, I shall be ok, just a really low period.
Love Dee xxx
Oh Dee. Wish I could make things better for you. You've been so brave. And your attitude is great.
Being in the company of other smokers wasn't as bad for me as I thought it was going to be. I could seriously smell them! But I didn't want to have a cigarette, but neither was I repulsed by it. I felt so good afterwards though and felt that I could tick that one off the list.
I bet every smoker at the wedding will be envying you and wishing they had your strength and commitment.
Hope the hospital is OK next week. Just remember how good it felt last time to be able to say that you'd stopped smoking. Try to focus on all the good things about giving up. It will get better, just ride it out.
Love
Sue
