I kept myself going where you are simply by re-assuring myself that anything i was feeling at the time was all part of the healing process while i was quitting.
If you get a bit 'down', its just due to an imbalance.. your not feeding on a drug any more.. and once you lose the dependency feelings.. it will improve.
Cheer yourself up any way you can right now, even going to get a hair style helps.

Blimey. Having to speak to my Dr on the phone to secure a new supply of Champix has given me an enduring craving/choking/panicky thing.

IT is indeed! The depression bit passes as your neurotransmitters rebalance themselves. Try a really strong multivit from Holland and Barrett (does help)
