Well I managed to reach the day 4-7 room, how lovely it is in here too.
I've been swimming this morning but I did have a moment over a Cadburys Wispa Gold which was calling to me from the gyms vending machine, but I fought the urge and did not give in. Anyway I'm now sat at my desk craving for a Wispa Gold but not a cigarette, result.
Hubby and I normally eat out of a week-end, however we are going for a walk tonight and I'm making us dinner (I'm a dreadful cook too) as I do not think I'm brave enough to go into a pub yet.
Edited - because my spelling is apalling today!

I used the excuse that I was too worried about putting weight on to give up smoking in the past, luckily enough I haven't reached for food as a substitute so perhaps that's another benefit to the champix?
I would say a treat now and then wouldn't hurt though...so go for your wispa!
Well done christine and i am glad you have moved in with me lol But as you move in here today i move out tomorrow:rolleyes:
You sound like your doing really well and i bet you would do better than you think if you went, but if your unsure i wouldnt risk it too soon, maybe wait a few more years just to be safe. ha ha
Proud of myself, I went for a walk with hubby (7 miles!!) and come home and managed to cook rump steak without setting fire to the kitchen AND I had a couple of glass of red wine without grabbing a ciggie. Yeah.

Wow, and a beautiful part of the world to go walking 7 miles in.
You're doing good, Christine, and be well proud of your achievements
