How are my friends this evening just a quick post to ask advice about over eating I just cannot stop eating is this normal ? Jimbo

Just look around, and you will find loads of posts about over eating. Yes it is normal, no it is not good.

I would suggest that you give your self a break and eat all you want at the mo, and then when you feel strong enough in your quit, think about a diet, but first things first, you are a non smoker and that is really healthy and wealthy.
