Don't get me wrong pepes, not craving a ciggie but just that I want one if that makes sense. Bloody things. Am putting down to the 3's as I said so hopefully will be over this soon.

Thanks all, doing ok, tomorrow is the beginning of week 7, trying to get my head round life without constant ups and downs, on the whole much prefer the new me. May not be as up anymore but at least I no longer have the nicotine lows.
