Hi Hippy Chick,

firstly well done for not smoking for 14 days :) brilliant.

The first 2 weeks is the worst If I remember I felt terrible for weeks but everyone is different.

I was very tearful I seemed to be crying at everything, It does pass and it does get better.

I had the being tiered all the time that started to get better by the 3rd week, and you are there it will get better now your body needs time to adjust as it is getting rid of all those nasty chemicals in a fag, not just nicotine.

You are through the hardest part like Jim says. This forum will really help you get through the good and bad days.

You can PM people too. They will get back to you asp I wish you luck and hope you will feel better soon.

Love

Dolly

Hi Hippy Chick

Take it from me as a serial quitter ( I have actually done some really long stints including a 10 year quit ) until you change your mind set you wont stop chasing the fags.... and until you stop chasing the fags you will feel like crap. Honestly huni I have done the quit so many times now i can promise you the physical symptoms are really not that bad (yeah you may feel tired and run down - but thats the body taking time to repair itself from all the damage inflicted, but its not really that painful you can work through it !!!). Its the mind set.... Read some of Billys posts in the tips section ( iquit11thjan is the user name ) they are quite in depth but very useful, informative and motivating !
