Finally!!

Hi everyone, well yesterday was my first day smoke free! to be honest i started on Thursday, but i had half a ciggarette when i got home from work! But i didnt smoke any more. Friday i did exactly the same, thinking its that time of day when i get home from work and have a cup of tea, with a ciggarette. It hard to get out of the habit! Both times i felt really annoyed with myself, but all the same very please because dispite my failed attempt to go all day, i did only have one full ciggarette in two days!!

Yesterday.... Finally i did it! and felt fantastic! My boyfriend (who i live with) still smokes, but very rarely compared to me, didnt think i could do it! so im now more determined than ever to quit for good!! Now i simply ignore him smoking, i leave the room, or make a cup of tea when he lights one up! Or even better he smokes outside! He has finally understood how serious i am, and is supporting me (although im sure still very doubtfully)!!

Im finding distraction the best for me. I read more, play games on the computer or simply go for a walk! ITS WORKING!!! im very pleased! i just dread the day i get really stressed!

wish me luck, all my love, Laura xxx

Read the posts on here you will find a lot of tips and advice and in the signatures of a lot you will find links to other sites just click on them Here are 2 I find very good to start you off whyquit.com and woofmang.com Read, read and then read some more as the more you read and learn about why you smoked and about your addiction the easier your quit will be
