Its day 3 and its horrible rainy weather outside here in nottinghamshire.

Glad im not doing anything today.Day 3 and im feeling ok so far...Hope everyone is all good

hi lee well done on day 3,its not as bad as you think is it lee..you are coming up to the 72 hour mark..no nicotine and carbon monoxide in your body ,, blood pressure ok,,.your breathing,circulation improves,,,,,as the song says,,we will over come,,so as i say lee,,you just keep the faith tony and keep:D:D
