Just made 10 days smoke free at 6.00pm tonight. Phew. Doing it cold turkey this time. Have tried and failed in the past with gums and patches. I think my motivation wasn't there back then.
Its quite annoying how often the urge to smoke still arises. I would have thought this would have gone by now. Will perservere and let you know how it goes.
Am 37 and feel after 17 years my body is telling me to quit the fags now.
Warm Regards
Guy
