Yeah my last failure really stung as I thought I had conquered it !!!
However I will never quit quitting and today is another day, its sunny and bright and I have ordered that weather every day for the next month along with a nice stress free life for me and the rest of us trying to quit !!!
It really is a case of JUST DONT SMOKE no matter what, its actually quite SIMPLE. Its what you do with the cravings and the thoughts in your head that count !!!????
I loved not smoking, I felt clean and fresh (even if some of the side effects were a pain in the batty). My eyes were bright again and i felt fitter.... I didnt stink and I didnt feel like some dodgy junkie !!!
To all THE APRIL SHOWER and everyone else on here... KEEP STRONG, KEEP GOING, KEEP TRYING NO MATTER WHAT !!!
BE STRONG LIKE THE ENGLISH BULL TERRIER

In my opinion every failed attempt teaches us something we can take forward to the next. So draw from it, use it to ensure that you make the next one the one that sticks.
Understanding the addiction will really help, have you trawled though the whyquit.com site yet, if not its really worth it and the tales at woofmang do help with inspiration and understanding.
Mostly though, remember that smoking doesn't make you happy, after all you wouldn't be here and it wouldn't have "stung" if it did. You have to accept in your heart that quitting is not a sacrifice you are not depriving yourself of a great pleasure you are in fact gaining health, wealth and control.
Quitting is a mind game, get the right frame of mind and everything else will follow.
