Hi All,

Today is my Day 1.

Last Year, I was smokeless for 5 months and let my guard slip :(, this forum was a great help last time when i mainly lurked.

Since january, i have been at pains with myself, knowing that there are no positives for smoking, so i have had enough, this time for keeps.

It will be difficult but bring it on, i look forward to day 2 passing , then day 3.

Hi E,

Yep, know that "fuzzy" feeling of concentration well enough:) - but be assured, it does get easier. Getting these first few days out of the way may seem tough, so take it hour by hour, minute by minute, and you'll get there. Well done, and keep going.
