Very true, everyone can do it if they choose not to smoke, each day, every day.
The success rate for people on here is way better than any NHS group or people trying to go it alone. Even if people do fail, the numbers that pick them self up and dust them self down until they have a successful, permanent quit is again exceedingly good.
The support that people on here give (and get) is massive and comes from people that know what they are talking about as they have been through it themselves.
With the support of this place many more people will succeed where they have failed in the past - I'm an example and there are loads of others.
The links in my sig give all the information and inspiration one needs.
Stubb 'em out for good
Hi John
What you say is so true anyone can quit you just have to want to
I smoked for over 50 years and like many others on here had loads of failed quits behind me
But with champix and the folks on this forums help and support this time I
made it
I'm now 5 months down that road

I really loved those positive posts..... I needed them a lot especially my first month BUT sometimes you have to moan and groan and people can relate to that as well since they may be feeling just that way.... so either way is good!!!
