Stopped on 17th. So far so good. Found this site a few weeks back and all your stories and experiences have motivated me to try again to quit. It is great to read of your successes and also the pitfalls to be wary of.
This time I am going to buy myself a present every day that Im smoke free. Today a lovely bunch of flowers.
