After spending a few days (ok maybe weeks) with my head raging and my emotions unstable have woken up today calm!!!

Completely calm. No craves all day (yet), sense of humor back. Feel almost human, feel myself again.

All those that were also stuck in the raging '3's - hang in there - there is light.
