Day Seven and
Very common you, don't worry it will get all back to normal.... I slept terrible (woke up many times a nights, stayed awake, had nightmares, etc) hated it.... it was so hard to stay committed being so tired and so grumpy but just when I thought I could not take it any longer, things went back to normal..... sleeping just fine again Hang in there... for some it normalizes quickly (within a few days).... for me it took a good 3 weeks..... stick it out.... it is well worth the days of discomfort!!!
Hi JTee
Day 7 and you're doing great, the first and worst week over and done with and things will soon soon start to get better for you
I am so sorry you're having trouble sleeping but I'm afraid it happens to most of us and is all part of quitting as we get more oxygen in the blood and therefore the brain the body has to learn to cope with the oxygen overload, the good news is it really doesn't last for long so just hang in there
Love
