10 months

it is almost 10 months since i stopped but this last week i have been having terrible times i have not caved in but why do i feel that i need a cigerette,it seems as it is getting worse i do not want to give in, i know they are bad for me and since i have given up i feel so much better i know they are wrong so why do i feel this way.:(:confused:can anyone help!!!

Is it possibly that you feel you are missing out on something? If so you need to tell yourself that you aren't, in fact you have gained something namely a healthier lifestyle.

me too - however went clothes shopping yesterday (for my new size:mad and a woman stood next to me who had obviously just had a fag - god she stank made me feel ill, felt better after that good luck and just think ur nearly at a year!!!!!!!! b a shame to slip up now

Know what you mean had a bad few weeks my self. But they say the first year is the worse and Jojo we almost done 8 months. So Only 4 to go HEHE.xxxxxx
