Wish I could say the same but I can't. I am ashamed to say I have fallen by the wayside. Bin going home and lighting up. Only having one or two on a night and not smoking during day or when I go out but nevertheless I am smoking. No getting away with it and I am thoroughly gutted and ashamed of myself for getting so far and then lapsing.:mad::eek:

I am not going to let it beat me though and will be setting a new quit date in the near future as soon as I get my head round things.

I am sooooo sorry teamies and wish you all the very best in your quits.

i am SOOOO sorry to hear that you have succumbed to the monster.

I wish you had posted saying you were being tempted. maybe we could have talked you out of it (but then again maybe not, Nic -O-Tine is a complete B"£$erd when it comes to slyness.)

You know the drill jan, set a new date, and read read read before and after that date. Get on to the Allen Carr site and download a copy of "Scandal" and read that. A lot of the Easyway stuff is in there and maybe something will click for you.

Hi John - I know I should have come on here but I think it first started on holiday in Magaluf when I had a couple of puffs. Didn't have any more until just recently and it snowballed from there.:eek:

Don't know why but it is only when I get home in between doing something and only smoke in the kitchen. Next time I think I will just go to bed when I get tempted or, as you say, come on here, which as an old hand I should have done anyway.:eek:

I have downloaded Scandal and now that I am set up at home will read it then. I intend to go CT this time.

I really feel bad about this to the point I have not been able to post as I felt I was being (omg can't think of the word now). Hypocritical, that's it.

Anyway will keep prowling and will let everyone know when I have set the date.

Well done both of you!!!! - I wanted to log on yesterday to send my congrats but was caught up in a huge work deadline.

So - CONGRATULATIONS!

I am still right behind you and cannot believe it. I hardly think about it now. And when I di it is a little like when I think about my exes actually ("how did I ever found that attractive and pleasurable????")

I shall be posting a bit more in September. I have been trying to be good and keep my browsing to the absolute minimum...
