Hi Folks, Im Gaz from sunny Bilston West mids, ive been visiting this forum now over the last couple of weeks since i had my last smoke on March 31st, i went to bed that night and decided when i woke up that i wasnt going to smoke no more, and no i havnt
Im now on day 16 and very proud of myself indeed,26 years i was smoking at least 40 a day on most days maybe even more on stressfull days.
So far my experiences/problems have been quite mild, the 1st couple of days were very dizzy shall we say, but since then nothing too stressfull.
Using only will power determination and a inhalator as back up all seems to be ok.
My biggest regret is not doing it years ago
Anyway hello everyone
