why is my head buzzing

It is getting so noisy now cant hear myself think. Its been on and off all day you know like when you have had too much to drink or too many cigs or both. Used to notice it some times when I went to bed if I had too many cigs.

Its driving me nuts

Hi trendy, Buzzy head, your not alone there. It's not pleasant I know 'cos I've had it all day. Don't know if it helps but I try and imagine nico demons are dying in my head. The sooner their all dead the sooner we'll be free. I think dizzyness has something to do with increased amount of oxygen going to our brains. Our poor brains are not used to it and they don't understand where all the chemicals have gone!

How ever nasty it is, one thing's for sure, it wont last long. It's just us getting better. We are recovering addicts and we are healing.

Poor you with buzzy, dizziy heads but Hopeful you're right this is somply you getting more oxygen to the brain, but it will soon settle down

After all it's a long time since your brain had that much oxygen and it takes a few days to get used to it, it's also a sign that your bodies are starting to heal
