for a few days i have been nodding off ..

normally i sleep well and am still sleeping well..

but have even extra TIRED..

i nod off at the drop of a hat..

am gardening, and watching movies, walking the dogs, and cooking.. but that tiredness creeps up and ping.. im in eyelid shut mode...until refreshed and then im off doing whatever it was is was doing..

have cigarettes been keeping me awake too much...

I think i heard somewhere they are a stimulant... i dont drink alcohol so no stimulants.. and of course have CEASED coffee that went with the cigarette... so i guess im really answering my own question.. yes I AM NOT PUTTING any stimulants into my body  and the body clock is sorting itself..

ANY more suggestions??? all ideas welcome...

Hi Jane :D

You just answered your own question

It is your body trying to heal itself and it will

We all know that sleep is a great healer, just as you sleep when ill with the flu for instance, so your body is recovering from the abuse you've given while smoking

But recover it will you just have to give it time OK

Hi,

you have stopped using caffeine and nicotine as stimulants and so would feel tired. But just wondering if you are drinking enough? Lots of toxins as u are quitting and so u will need a bit more water to flush it all out but it could be that u are not drinking as much as normal because u have not replaced your coffee with anything else?

Give it a whirl and see if drinking more water helps?

BILLY-- I got NO WAY OUT from you buddy!!

Hey billy!!! i read your writings before i quit .. and used them to help me QUIT BEFORE I QUIT.. thanks billy...

I was a long slow and 5-7 smoker.. and chilled and relaxed through each one..

so the cigarette acted to depress over actions, doing etc..~!!!!~

i can relate with that.. i loved to chill out with a cigarette..

now I chill out with... well am working on not anything IN PARTICULAR..

no bad habits.. so chill as often with however it is at the time.. like sitting on my garden bench.. writing here to you all.. listening to radio,, bloomberg tv...walking dogs..doing some gardening... etc etc etc

its amazing how much the body can tolerate.. ALL THOSE CHEMICALS.. but eventually it SCREAMS NO MORE!!!!

and no more.. NO WAY OUT!!!!

and sonya have not been drinking enough water.. WILL DO so...thanks...

and margareth as my buddy and one who gives so much support to all of us.. I thank you..

jane
