I got a text from my son yesterday, he is so proud of my attempt to stop. You know what.......it made my day. I've spent the last 25 years being proud of my family, and now they have a great reason to be proud of me.

Hey I understand you are feeling finaly good, about yourself and also about your decision. Yes, I think that's because you are finall ready to quit! I am on Day 7 and it's going well, it gets easier, I was surprised I had no major cravings after day 3!! As you said it may be around the corner but I will deal wih that when it comes! Untill then I am enjoying every hour!!
