Im here guys, Im in week 3!! I cant believe it and sorry to have disappeared like that. Ive been really busy this weekend with my garden, my mum and mum in law and grandparents. Havent had a minute!! which is good as after my mooginess last week, the cloud has lifted and Im back in a good moog.

I really appreciate all the support you have all given me, I was in the dumps last week but I never gave in to the evil weed.

Im smoke free and nicotine free and very glad of it too.
