hi all on my first morning without a cig was really tempting but i kept knocking any thoughts of one out of my head. i was ready so quickly this morning and had so much free time that was weird, makes you realise how much time smoking takes out of your day. have planned a busy afternoon so going to keep my self busy busy busy ! wish me luck .

hi thanks been relly hard so far seen 3 of my friends this morning and they all smoke i just wanted to get away from them feeling really anti social today hoping this will pass, just feels like every one thats smokes wants you to have one and i had really bad negative thoughts so hoping these will

pass now im on my own. just trying to stay positive. good luck to you hope your having a better day than me. stay strong lol

You arent the anti social one. They are!! Keep positive! Its a beautiful Friday, Just perfect for the first non smoking day of the rest of your life. Enjoy! Read some links on the signatures. I am too rubbish to work out how to do them on mine but marg and cav def have some! You have done brilliantly to start the quit xx

Hi Alison

Well done on your first day as a Non Smoker keeping busy certainly will help it is natural to feel a bit anti-social at first but this will pass soon and as Fiona says read some of the lnks and posts on here they will be a big help
