Just entered Week 3

Felt great today cuddling my daughters without worrying about the smell.

Walking thru town yesterday and i could smell smokers as they passed! yuck i used to smell like that

Another four weeker on Monday. I never ever thought I would have been this long without smoking. Lots of people have said to me in the past "If I can do it, you can" never believing I could. There you are, we can all do it if we want it enough. David

I stopped first time when I Was 19 for about 6 months then stupidly enough been back on since and I am 37..

As you say its great the kids notice the smell has gone, its soo true your sense of smell and taste comes right back at yah.. no wheezing or shortness of breath...

I though to myself, what was it like not to smoke bearing in mind I was 12 years old in 1984. I then try and put myself back in time, !!, sounds silly but mentally it works for me, anything to stay off the dreaded weed...
