and a visit to see the nurse. The last time I went to see her was my final day as a smoker on Jan 15th.

My breath carbon monoxide measured 39 parts per million :( which put me in the heavy smoker bracket (I was smoking 20-25 fags per day).My blood pressure was fine. Tomorrow the carbon monoxide measure should read between 0 and 6 as a non smoker, which will give me another indication of the huge benefits of being a non smoker.

Hopefully she'll let me move to stage 2 of the patches .

My Carbon Monoxide reading was a big fat zero.

I'm now on stage 2 of the patches (14mg),

The urges/cravings have almost disappeared, but the dreams have become more vivid :confused::confused:,

Is the lack of dreams unusual for you? The sad faces seem like you miss it.

We should start a dream diary thread or something, for posterity and possibly entertainment. Last night, I dreamt I worked in a garden centre slash warehouse slash pub, and any customers we had were actually working on self service tills for the next customers in line... we had to close early too because the Arsenal match was on...?...and everything we printed off (from where? I dunno) came out of the exhaust of a BMW M5...

Maybe it was something to do with all that cheese I had before bed... nah...

I'm really glad the quit is going so well, but the mind altering drugs are maybe not such a good idea as a replacement.
