Come on Steve - nobody really thinks this is easy do they? It is tough but not so tough that you can't do it. It's annoying, frustrating and bl**dy downright difficult at times but it ISN'T painful. We can do it - we ARE doing it! And there will be easier days but there will be the odd tough one chucked in to try us out.
The thing is - the easier days will become more frequent and the tough ones less -providing we stick it out!!
Getting to the top of a mountain is tough, but the last thing we want to do is slide down to the bottom again and have to start all over again is it?
eeeeek!!! just when i thought it was safe. Like Jerry said we can do it and will do it hun, guess we will have these days amongst the good but the good days do out weigh the bad which is a good sign.
You are doing so well hun, hope tomorrow is a better day for you.
Day 18 for me tomorrow...oh nooooooooooooooooooo lol

Hey Denise - you'll be fine. Day 18 eh? That's over half a month!

stick with it there will be bad days from time to time but they do become fewer and fewer.
Thanks Nic, that is comforting to know.

Nick is right as time gose by the good days are much more frequent than the bad. xxxxx
Keep with it Steve. If today has been hell, you'll probably have the best day ever tomorrow!!!!
Try and relax and breathe. We are counting on you.
I just read your post from yesterday Steve. Hope you are feeling a bit better today. It's not nice feeling lonely and it must be very hard and heartbreaking to see your mum getting worse.
We all may only be 'virtual friends' but we would all miss you if you weren't on this forum anymore. You have a brilliant sense of humour despite what you are coping with and made me laugh so much the other day with your reply on my post.
My grandad used to say 'It wont always be dark at 6 o clock' and in times when I feel low and cant pick myself up off the floor, I have to remember this.
Hope you have an easy Sunday morning. Take care.
