I was prescribed this Annette.

The Good news is I had no averse reaction to it. The bad news is I didn't stop smoking....

Saying that though, looking back, I was not in the right place in my head...

hi i was pescribed zyban today my quit day is 27th december . i feel strong and am doing it for myself. im fed up with spending my money on these sticks and fed up with smelling of fags. i have to take these today and then stop smoking on my quit date. although im a little worried about the side effects. does any one have any side effect from these.:confused:

Hi there I successfully came off cigs with Zyban once, but failed to stay quit!

Its all about not wanting to smoke and seeing quitting as a gaining situation rather than a sacrifice. The Zyban will help you deal with the desire to smoke in the early days but you need to want to stay stopped to succeed in the long run.

I had no side effects at all.

hi im new today on this forum. i started zyban today i really want to quit, my quit day is on 27th december. my doctor just gave me them and no more advice. i have to go back in 2 weeks. i want to save the money and go out shopping instead.:eek:

Hi my partner is on zyban this is his third week of not smoking. so far he is finding them ok said his mouth is a bit dry and hes having some dreams like he was with patches. Hope you find them ok and welcome to the site. xxxxx
