Well today marks the 3 calander month of my quit so here i am on the next level of the forum and it feels great even x mas shopping feels less stressful but i guess that is because now all i have to worry about is getting pressies not rushing around in the shops so i can hurry outside and freeze my fingers off whilst pumping my lungs full of chemicals .

hope everyone else is doing ok in the quit !!

I have been quit for 3 Months, 7 hours, 56 minutes and 7 seconds (91 days). I have saved £949.83 by not smoking 3,653 cigarettes. I have saved 1 Week, 5 Days, 16 hours and 25 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 01/09/2008 07:00
