One Month Done And Dusted.

Morning all ,

Well by midnight i have completed a whole month.

I have been quit for 4 Weeks, 2 Days, 6 hours, 43 minutes and 4 seconds (30 days). I have saved £21.19 by not smoking 605 cigarettes. I have saved 2 Days, 2 hours and 25 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 12/03/2008 00:00

How are you Alan and any of team d-day thats still with us.

I dropped to the 14mg patch on wednesday. Still having some craves , maybe 2-3 aday but i talk myself out of them and they only last for 2 minutes.

Hope everyone is doing good on their quits.

have to admit really quite jealous having started out with you

on team D Day..but have to deal with being a bl**dy fool for

caving but have learned from it..

still, back on track now and catching you up fast every time

I have a crave, I just think of how unbelievably ill I felt

smoking after 5 days of quitting-reckon now would damn near kill
