just popped back to see if any familiar names were still here,lovely to see there is some i recognise.ime still smoke free since 4th july 2007.although i have had a couple of slip ups in the past 17 months.only a couple of puffs,usually when ive had 1 too many sherbets but i didnt beat myself up for it.just took it as a mistake and learnt by it.my problem is ive piled so much weight on and just cant seem to get it under control, so any tips would be welcome.dont really want to have to go down the slimming pill road but its getting close.thanx,and well done to everyone.

It's a shame there are some slip ups to mar the record, but if you can live with them and carry on the quit I see no problem

I'm sorry, but I know nothing about weight losing... but I'm sure someone will have useful tips for you.

Thanks for coming back, people who have been quit such a long time are a big inspiration for people like me.
