Thought I would say Hi - on day 2

Hiya, I'm on day 2 and feel pretty ok. Not feeling deprived or fed up at all and am actually (this may sound odd) enjoying the sensation of being able to smell my own antiperspirant and moisturiser after this mornings shower.

Allen Carr Easyway for me and it's working a treat. Also taking B Vits, C & Zinc, garlic and cod liver oil tabs. Trying to support my limping immune system.

No fanfare, no big deal, I already am a non-smoker so no need to wait for some miraculous happening or earth shattering shift.

It's all good and I hope you all feel as good - or stick with it 'til you do!!

I have also quit using the easy way. I actually have no desire to smoke and the funny thing is I never planned on quitting. My girlfriend kept going on at me so I thought id give it ago. Something has clicked this time its great.

Absolutely, will do. I also have no desire to smoke. I've read the book a silly amount of times but, this time I got it. Quitting is easy.
