Well, i was giving up to raise money for my school's prom, and me and a friend said that we would do it for a week, so i decided that if i could do it for a week then i could do it forever. Anway, my friend started smoking again today because the week was over and there i was having a fag with her.

Not good at all, but im gonna keep going. (:

I dunno what im doing at the monent, gonna try to stay off them, although my boyfrind smokes again so its going to be hard. yeah was just one ciggerette. didnt enjoy it wither, left a horrid taste in my mouth, and made me feel really horrible!

It's hard isn't it? You know and admit that you didn't enjoy it yet that addiction and the lure is so strong, you can't commit to staying away from them!!

Hope you manage to find something that helps you to give up!
