today at work in my dinner break i wrote my farewell letter to nic

i told him he had ruled my life for over 35 years and it was the end of our relationship and i never wanted to go back ever again it was very theraputic

Interesting idea, great that it helped.

It will clarify your thoughts on any subject if you put it in writing.

Not sure where you'd send the letter though

sounds like a great idea... i wrote a diary for the first few days which I found a great therapy

i found it did help me doesnt matter where the letter goes i am keeping hold of mine till the summer and then im going to cornwall for my hols and puting it in a bottle in the sea this way ive 2 things to look forward to getting rid of nasty nic and a holiday!

sorry to ramble on has anybody else had that problem since quitting i do find i am rambling a bit is it a side effect of nicotine withdrawal lol
