Seems a lifetime ago I logged on here looking for help, support and understanding.

I found all of the above (and a lot more besides on occassion :rolleyes

It's been 7 smokefree months I am so chuffed!

It can be done, so to those who are struggling or who may have lapsed recently, JUST DO IT!

This site has been a godsend for me, even if I don't seem to have time to log on much these days (so much energy, gotta be on the go 24/7 ) so thanks to all who helped me get to where I am today.
