today is my first day back at work after a weeks holiday didnt go away on hols or anything just quit smoking anyway my work colleague smokes and although i didnt give in boy that cig smoke did smell good till i got a whiff of the portable ashtray he was using and that put me off wanting a fag today has been a little tough but im not giving in yet tomorrows another day!

you want to change that to I'm not giving in EVER!
It can be tough getting a vague whiff of smoke, but I walked through a fog of smokers outside a pub on Saturday and it made me feel sick!
Hang on in there, it's worth it!
