hi have had a headache all day today but i will not give in to the urges lol

The headache maybe due to an increase in oxygen in your blood and you're body isn't used to it! It doesn't carry on long.

the headaches WILL go... I know I felt like death for a few days which was hard to take since quitting was supposed to make me feel healthier??!!:confused: stay strong, take some pain killers, drink lots of water and if you can, get out into the fresh air and take a walk...
