Glad to here that you are giving up smoking, not surprised by you opening post with relation to quitting being hard, I agree it is hard but achievable, if you really really want to stop though the whole process does become a lot earier after the first few days

You need to take each day at a time, try and change you habits and routines slightly to avoid those where you would normally smoke, read as much as you can about quitting, there are many links and posts on the forum using various methods of NRT plus lots of users going CT . You will gets lots of useful advise from other members, take the time to read it.

Hi Maria welcome. Giveing up is so hard, just try to take each hour as it comes it will get easier as you get though each day.
