Are we all still here?
We made it to 3 months on Tuesday and no-one even mentioned it, so we're in here now.
It's ok, i'll move all your crap from the other room, you all relax and take it easy now

I'm here too.
Off NRT since Thursday and feel just brill at the moment.
I feel as if i've come around a corner!!!
Hope all the team is okay and still quit.
That's great news Della! While NRT might have helped you move on from smoking it's the right thing to move on from it now. Soon you won't think 'oh, I have to get some gum' or if you go out you won't have to worry about forgetting your supplies. The freedom is immense. Now all you have to worry about is everything else!
Did you get your business started yet?
Congratulations to those of you who made it to three months - start line seems a long way back now .
regards

Congrats to all of Team 17 on your momentous milestone
Hi everyone, isn't funny how you can feel so so different in 10 hours, I posted this morning just before I went to work at 7am feeling really positive and glad that I wasn't chewing any nicotine gum but have had the most boring longest day (please no longest day jokes)! Working with a girl that smokes so was going out for ciggies whilst I sat there and ate c**P.
Still didn't have any nicotine gum though so tomorrow with be the 4th day without it.
Wkdfairy - Hi, thanks for message, I've started my holistic therapy business up doing Reiki and Indian Head Massage, it is going really well and I love the relaxing feeling and the fact that you are making a difference to someone. I have also been busy with my weekend work selling jewellery. I love it when I'm busy and really enjoy my work but today there wasn't much people about due to the grotty weather and the day goes by really slow. I used to smoke alot on days like this!!!
Tomorrow is another day, if I feel the need for a piece of gum then I hope I don't but its still way better than actually smoking a real ciggie.
Anyway, sorry to ramble on and on and on x
Just you hang in there, surely it's worse to get rid of the smokes than the gum.
Hope you get straightened out soon
Very well done all of you in team 17 your doing great. Della im sure you will feel better tomorrow Babe its the last of old nic leaving the body and goog job to. linda xxxxxxxx
Thanks Dubbs and Linda, I cannot put into words how much easier it is after 3 months. This is the point I wanted to get to and it's so comfortable !!
