Yes, I'm fine..feels like I'm pretty much back to where I was before at the moment...not craving fags or anything.

Yes, fine thanks...just trotting along and trying not to be fed up about having had to lose my lovely quit...well, I didn't have to...you know what I mean? No desire to smoke, really, which is great!

Trying to work through the ffs programme on not smoking and write down triggers...which are being with my son and one friend who smokes. Trying to figure out what I'm going to do next time I get in a situation with him, booze and an open packet!

And how are you doing? Where are you with it all now?
