hi barb. sorry i miss you on here, am still Quit. and feeling better for it. just

need to sort pain out were i had tooth out. if no better by weekend. be going

back next week. how your well. and Quiting going ok for you.

Definitely go back to the dentist Alan. It should not still be hurting after this length of time.

After I had my tooth out a couple of weeks ago I was left with dry socket and an infection and had to have some tabs to clear the infection so go back to your dentist asap.

Also, well done on coming so far in your quit. Great to be free of the evil weed isn't it?

yes im going on wednesday that when my dentist is in. they said its sound

like a infection i got. but im going to try and get one for tomorrow or saturday

morning. see how i get on. thanks for your help.

how you doing this lovely evening, so nice and sunny here. just had my dinner

and now relexing enjoying the sun which we dont get too much of...

not long now before our two month is over then we be moving up next to the

3rd month. we are both really doing well. look how far we came and the help

we are geting from everyone.. great .. keep going and all the best to you

We are doing good, only a couple more days and we move to month 3.

I`m very busy at the moment so am not on here alot , but i keep looking in to see how you are doing.
