Glad we're all good! Thanks to all the well wishers of 428!! Ahhhh, how nice!!

Team mates, I am off to my "event" tomorrow and will be away from here for a bit.. I may well not post again for a week after today so if you don't see me - don't panic - I won't be smoking!! I aint lettin ya down! I'll check in with ya when I'm back at work...

Just thought I'd pop in check out how we're all doing - I for one think it's pretty amazing that we're all still quit - especially when you read the stats of how many people actually don't succeed.

I've been NRT free since the beginning of the month, and it's went amazingly well.

I'm still a few pounds over weight - well probably about 9 to be honest, but on the positive side I haven't actually gained any more in about 6 weeks.

Keep up the good work guys!

Howdy all!!!!!!!!!!! I am rocking 'n' rolling!!! Wooohooooo!!! I got through THE biggest test for me ever with NO hitches and in fact it was a breeze! I can't believe it!!

Check this out!!!.. I have been surrounded by 100+ smokers all in one room for 2 hours or more at a time over a period of 3 days and I wasn't tempted in the slightest little bit! All puffing away! I didn't even THINK about it!! It didn't even register that I wanted one - it was just NOTHING!! NON EXISTENT!! OMG!! I'm SO pleased I can't tell you! I got asked countless times if I wanted one and it felt good to say so many times "no thanks, I dont smoke!" and REALLY mean it!!! (Not just pretend if you know what I mean!)

I am officially a non smoker - never to smoke again - I can feel it in my heart now!! Yahoooooo!! It's such a nice feeling to KNOW that I won't smoke again - up until now I didn't want to but was always aware I might - now it's different - a whole new strength has come from somewhere (don't ask me where!!)

How is everyone else doing!? xxx
