Now, for some (but not everyone), Day 3 seems to be a killer, so just be prepared ok? After tomorrow all the nicotine will have left your system, and by Monday morning, you will be clean! clean! clean!

well done you for getting this far - as for the food thing...lots dark fruit juices, smoothies and high dose Vit C (read it somewhere "official"!:p); there's the old fave celery if you like it, and carrots - have box ready prepared in fridge then you can suck, chew or whatever instead of reaching for the biscuits...
I liked to carry sugar free lollipops around with me as they give you something to do with your hands and your mouth and stop you eating!!!
