Hi team.

hope you are all ok. how are we doing with our Quits.? had a good day. one

of my workmate was working with me. and you know what he never stop

smoking all the time he was with me, and not once did i think [ i can just do

with one now ] i think im geting better, how are you all doing with your Quit

are some of you still finding it easy. well what ever way you are doing it.

keep it going. we are all helping each other to give-up

it's good to read that you did not even want a ciggy while your mate was smoking - I don't think I have reached that stage yet - but I am positive I will get there

And it' s now 1 month for me without a ciggy - yeahhh

Yes I agree there are 6 cleaners on the afternoon shift with me 5 still smoke 90% of the time it dont bother me.
