Hey there team

I am slowly weaning myself of this forum. Too little time and finally seeing myself as a non smoker.

I find it liberating to feel like a non-addict and go through whole days not even remembering that I used to smoke.

I am still on my guard for unexpected urges after 3 months (finally caught you up cword but it is so much easier.

I hope you are all doing well. let's have another great quarter

Hi Cat - glad you are seeing yourself as a non-smoker. I feel that way too although still get some urges. Just bang them on the head when they show themselves. Still smoke free and will continue to be so. I might just stay on here for another 3 months just to put my two pennorth in if need be but also like the banter (especially between maddie and john - hehe:D). Keep popping in won't you Cat when you've got a min.

aww Cat, stay in touch, i wanna c in our first year with my team!!

i know we will all move away from here , on with our lives, but its still a bit sad.

good luck, ill expect a post off you at least once a month.
