Quit for 14 months now......

14 months down the line now, 100% no fags smoked. Good luck to all on here in their quitting of smoking.

IMO - choose a 'right time'to quit, the nicotine withdrawals only last 3/4/5 days and then overide the habitual 'Reaching for a cig' moments.

Once the demand of a physical 'Reach for a fag' habit is broken, you've almost cracked it!!!

Stay calm, resolute and determined, don't weaken or relent in times of stress and the resulting rewards of 'a non smokers feel-good factor and finances' are amazing.

Once you've packed-up smoking, never, ever be tempted to pick one up again, especially if your'e in a time of celebration or crisis, it will not affect the outcome of the situation but will place you back in the hangmans noose!

Good luck to all on here trying to quit or those who have done !!!
