I know I'm not in this room *cries* but I've sneaked in here 'cos I know most of Team FM are in here and I actually feel pretty crap that I'm not here when I would have been had I not caved But I have to try and look at the positive side. I have a much better attitude and it is proving such an easy ride. Still, I feel sad I'm not right there with you guys. I especially miss not being right behind Viking too

So, whats going on??? If no one wants this team anymore let me know and I'll alter my sig. I'm still 'for' it though and I'd love to stay in it if y'all keep me! Hope you're all ok. I miss you all!!!

Hey maddy, Im just passing through, not able to get online much this week, hope your well and enjoying your quit and the A/C book helps (the book helped me even though i had quit when i read it).

Im feeling great, dont think much of the ciggs anymore, smoking now is something i used to do

As for Team FM, have you not heard from anyone? I havent been in contact with Viking for ages (hope all is okay over there in good old Canada) perhaps he will check-in today.

Got to go now! but well done im so pleased you jumped right back into your quit, must be nearly a week now eh? bet it was easier this time around, your mindset seems to be in place therefore its easy street this time Maddy!!!!!!

Hopefully i can get on the forum more this weekend so i can catch up with everyone.

I've not heard much from the rest of the team either. I think the team has disintegrated :eek:

I'm doing brilliantly this time round. I'm on day 7 now and I still don't want a fag. Isn't that strange? I get the odd slight pang every now 'n then but thats as bad as it gets. No real craving. Its bloody great.

As for Jessica Alba, I'd fancy her too if I was a guy She sure is pretty. Lucky cow lol That scarlett bird is pretty too I think...can't think of her name right now...

Dont think team has disintegrated, perhaps not feeling the need to log on so much, im the same, for me its life goes on but i do like coming back reading posts and seeing how everyones doing it keeps me on my toes ...... im not stupid enough to let my guard down, Old Nic is a sly sh*te.

I'm still hanging in there Maddy and Meeru, 50 days on Saturday. Well done on your 7 days, you sound much more positive this time round.

Had a bad couple of days, I dreamt I'd started smoking again, it was awful. I dreamt they'd left the elderly lady (who's dog I care for) sat outside in a chair freezing. I took her inside and got her into bed, next thing I'm in there too, turned round and it was my mum lay beside me (she died 4 years ago).

I'm having some weird dreams and have been getting bad headaches and feeling bone achingly tired the past few days. Trying those Yeat Vite but they're not doing much good at the moment. Good job I'm going out for several pints on Saturday night.

Oh and I'm going into town tomorrow and buying some new clothes (that's if I can stay awake long enough).

I've been lazy with the forum lately, i still check it daily, and read some new posts, but my typing has definetly gottan slower. Still breathing easy, i think its 8 more days till day 50 or something woot woot... anger seems finally under control. The guys at my work stink of smoke. Nothing i can do about that. Still waiting on Annette's challenge... I tried to drive to help her paint the house, but my car got dunked in the ocean... that was too much of a challenge... team FM... we rock! (still the odd person who hasn't chimed in though methinks).

morning all!! I'm still going strong, just don't feel the need to come on here often now. Glad everyone else is doing well too. Find i'm really not bothered about ciggies any more, honestly NEVER thought i'd be able to say that, i feel so FREE.

have been quit for 1 Month, 1 Week, 2 Days, 14 hours, 45 minutes and 5 seconds (40 days). I have saved £463.00 by not smoking 2,030 cigarettes. I have saved 1 Week, 1 hour and 10 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 03/03/2008 20:30
