I got to day 3!

I have to thanks everyone. I posted here in despair 4 days a go knowing that I had to do something about my dirrrrrty little habit. I'm so chuffed to have got to 3 days, and I'm not feeling too bad. Had a couple of cravings but managed them well. Wont get too complacent yet though, the weekend is approaching, there may be trouble ahead..... Hope you are well x

supermarket,shop and leave without even looking

at the ciggies

that's major breakthrough for me..really chuffed:cool:

get hair cut tomorrow so that'll help day 5..
